Greetings, Friends of the First Congregational Church of Shelburne, UCC:
We are a community-based, faith-centered, and mission-driven congregation of Christians. As a United Church of Christ congregation, we are locally independent while being in covenant with the wider United Church of Christ. Our members govern by consensus or majority vote in all aspects of our ministry. Our vision statement guides us as we continue to discern our call to ministry: We are God’s hands on earth, who pray, share and welcome. We have a shared ministry with the United Congregational Church in Conway. The Rev. Marianne MacCullagh joined us on November 27, 2022. She holds office hours in Shelburne at Fellowship Hall on Wednesdays from 11 am – 4 pm. We are worshipping on Sunday mornings at 11 am. We host a coffee hour in our church before worship beginning at 10:30 am. It is our prayer and hope to be a resource for our community and a beacon of hope in a weary world. Come and join us today! |
